View From the Coast

I have been playing in the sun and sea so huge apologies for my lack of posts and comments. Thanks you all for you kind comments on my cake making and the wonderfully varying views on the two potential openings of A Cornish House.

I have finished the wonderful Souvenir by Therese Fowler but I will blog on that tomorrow as the sun is shinning again today and hey can you blame me with a view like that?

Wow, Liz. You lucky girl - I can't wait to visit Cornwall.

Looks glorious Liz - I can't believe we're in the same country!! The sky has been heavy and grey here for 3 days. I had to forage for a 'proper' jumper as it is chilly here down here on the 'Sunshine Coast'. Enjoy!!!

Looks wonderful.
Same as novicenovelist - had to go to London last night for a 'leaving do' in a long wool coat, scarf and gloves. Sweater, two layers, the works. Wet and cold in Hampshire. Freezing wind on railway platform. And it is August!
So get outside and enjoy it Girl!

Today is just as lovely if not more so.....planning pub lunch and then out onto the river again. It's a hard life but well someone has to enjoy it :-)

The view in front of me right now is the colonic irrigation clinic opposite my office ~ I like your view better!

It is a bit grey here in normally sunny Denver and of course, no sparkling water to look at -- I read Souvenir too and really enjoyed it. Can't wait to see your post!
